Please allow at least 72 working hours between requesting your prescription and collecting it from the pharmacy of your choice.
Prescriptions requested on a Friday afternoon will not be ready until Tuesday afternoon.
Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not working hours for the surgery.
How to order repeat medications
We do not take prescriptions requests over the phone.
You should have a slip on the right-hand side of your prescription which shows the details of your repeat medication. Tick the items required and mark whether you wish to pick it up from a chemist or from the surgery. You can either post it to us or put it in the prescription box in the Cardigan Integrated Care Centre reception area. If you have lost your repeat slip, please write the request legibly on a piece of paper, making sure you write your full name, address and date of birth.
We now accept repeat prescriptions online via the secure My Health Online Website. This is an effective and convenient way to order medication you receive regularly. It requires a simple and unique patient account to be set-up, please contact our reception team who will assist you with this.
Medication Reviews
If you have not seen the doctor for some time, you may be asked to attend the surgery, as it is important that your conditions are monitored regularly.
