Practice Manager Deborah Thornton-Smith is responsible for the overall organisation and administration of the Practice.
Advanced Nurse Practitioners Enfys Davies: MSc (Advanced Practice) RGN DN Non-Medical Prescriber, Annette Brett-Bowen and Lynne Cook are employed by the practice to support the doctors. Advanced Nurse Practitioners can assess, diagnose and prescribe.
Practice Nurses Clare James, Nest George and Laura Kirkby are available for matters such as dressings, immunisations, removal of stitches etc. They also run our specialist clinics, monitoring conditions such as heart disease, asthma, diabetes, and blood pressure and may advise on diet and health.
Health Care Assistant Wendy James carries out health checks on newly registered patients, advises on diet and health and takes blood specimens. She also assists the practice nurses in the treatment room.
Phlebotomists Kathy Bradnick and Carrie Wylie are available to take bloods.
Receptionists and Administrative Staff are here to help you. Please try to give them all the information they require as this will enable them to direct your query most efficiently. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patient records is maintained by all staff.

District Nurses provide care to patients in their own home. Based at Cardigan Hospital, messages may be left for them via their switchboard on 01239 801573.
