Business Manager Deborah Thornton-Smith is responsible for the overall organisation of the Practice.
Operations Manager Lisa Owen is responsible for the management of the reception and administration the Practice.
Advanced Nurse Practitioners Enfys: MSc (Advanced Practice) RGN DN Non-Medical Prescriber, Annette and Lynne are employed by the practice to support the doctors. Advanced Nurse Practitioners can assess, diagnose and prescribe.
Practice Nurses Laura (Senior Nurse), Nest and Leah are available for matters such as dressings, immunisations, removal of stitches etc. They also run our specialist clinics, monitoring conditions such as heart disease, asthma, diabetes, and blood pressure and may advise on diet and health.
Health Care Assistant Wendy carries out health checks on newly registered patients, advises on diet and health and takes blood specimens. She also assists the practice nurses in the treatment room.
Phlebotomists Kathy is available to take bloods.
Receptionists and Administrative Staff are here to help you. Please try to give them all the information they require as this will enable them to direct your query most efficiently. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patient records is maintained by all staff.
