Suggestions and Complaints

We aim to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur. 

We apologise in advance for problems you may encounter due to severe pressure on our services. We want to resolve any problems quickly, so in the first instance please ask to speak to our Operations Manager Lisa Owen, who is here to help with any problems you may have.

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved, we have a Practice complaints procedure which we follow.  A leaflet explaining the procedure is available from reception.

If you have a suggestion on how we could improve our service, please place your comments in the comments and suggestions box in the patients’ waiting room.
