We have a Practice complaints procedure which deals with complaints about the services we provide. A leaflet explaining the procedure is available from reception or please feel free to contact our Practice Manager.
If you have a suggestion to improve our service please write to and inform the Practice Manager or, if you would prefer to remain anonymous, place your comments in the Comments and Suggestions box in the patients’ waiting room.
