We aim to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.
We apologise in advance for problems you may encounter due to severe pressure on our services. We want to resolve any problems quickly, so please ask to speak to our Reception Team Leader, Lisa, who is there to help with any problems you may have.
We have a Practice complaints procedure which we follow to deal with complaints about the services we provide. A leaflet explaining the procedure is available from reception, or please feel free to contact our Office Manager, Fern James, who can talk you through this.
