Due to the the recent allocation of a large number of extra patients to Cardigan Health Centre, we are experiencing a very high volume of calls. We kindly ask that you be patient during our busiest periods and, unless you have a life-threatening emergency, to hold the line until your call is answered. If you are experiencing blood loss, chest pain or loss of consciousness, you should hang- up and dial 999 immediately.
Many minor ailments can be treated by visiting your local pharmacy and prescriptions can be issued without charge via the ‘Choose Pharmacy’ scheme. Prescription requests to the surgery can be made via the internet by using the My Health Online facility or via the repeat prescription box. Please note that we require 72 working hours to process prescriptions. We do not take repeat prescription requests over the phone. We also ask that you do not contact the surgery for blood results until after 2pm
We appreciate your patience and co-operation.
